Internship Overview


Contribute & imbibe your veterinary skills in an organization focused on humane treatment of animals that has basic equipment & infrastructure.

This internship is for the strong-hearted with deep compassion of animals & their well being with minimal resources. You will gain a multicultural work experience that will hold you in good stead in their chosen field of expertise.

This is the perfect placement for students of a veterinary medical background or practicing. This internship will take the intern to work with six centres that operate under different functions. Animal Birth Control, Trauma & Rescue, Adoption & Foster, Large Animals & a Veterinary Clinic. There will be a single point of contact for coordination for you. A formal introduction will be held on every first day in each of the centres chosen by the participants where you will be educated on the history of the organization and also you will be able to discuss your starting role during your internship in the centres chosen. According to your specialization and experience as well as your interest, you will receive your tasks and responsibilities during the internship.

You will spend your first few days shadowing a local (English Speaking) doctor or nurse. During this time, you will further your understanding
