Internship Overview

This internship is aimed at providing hands-on experience for newcomers to the hospitality industry. You will work as an intern at a leading hospitality brand in Sri Lanka while staying in Kandy. Kandy is one of the most popular tourist destinations on the island. You will shadow and learn from the experts in the field. Depending on your field of specialization, you will be assigned the tasks and activities where you will manage operations in various sectors and departments, learn the details, experience handling tasks from taking reservations and seating requests to catering to a customer’s dietary needs. You will get to know the tips and tricks, work behind the scenes, how to grow your interpersonal, technical, and managerial skills in a world-class hospitality surrounding.
